Export-ready Delaware small businesses (in business at least one year, SBA size, U.S.-made product) can be reimbursed 50% of pre-approved international marketing costs such as overseas trade shows, foreign business travel, translation and website localization, up to $10,000 per fiscal year.
Reimburses Delaware small businesses for up to 50 percent of pre-approved, eligible international marketing expenses, up to $10,000 per fiscal year per company. Eligible uses include overseas trade show booth fees, travel to meet foreign clients or distributors, market reports, CE Mark fees, translation and website localization. A new funding round opened July 1, 2026, and grants are awarded when requirements are met and funds are available. The grant is for export-ready businesses, not startups.
