Questions about this grant

When is the application deadline?
November 10, 2026.
How much funding can an applicant receive?

Who can apply for this grant?
U.S. entities only: small businesses, other for-profits, nonprofits (with or without 501(c)(3) status), state and local governments, tribes, public housing authorities, independent school districts, and higher education institutions. Foreign organizations are barred, and applications involving foreign subawards or subcontracts will be rejected.
Can a sole proprietor or single-member LLC apply?
The eligibility list does not name sole proprietors or single-member LLCs. Small businesses are eligible, so a single-member LLC structured as a small business may qualify, but applicants should verify their status against Section III of the NOFO.
Can a nonprofit apply?
Yes. Both nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status and those without it are listed as eligible applicants.
