Texas Workforce CommissionNo deadline listedUp to $2,000

Summary

Texas businesses with fewer than 100 employees can have TWC pay community or technical college tuition of up to $2,000 per new hire and $1,000 per existing employee each year; apply any time (funds go to the college, not the business).

About this grant

Pays tuition for training of new and incumbent full-time employees of Texas small businesses at a participating public community or technical college: up to $2,000 per new employee and $1,000 per incumbent employee per 12-month period. The business applies directly to TWC, but no funds are paid to the business; the college receives the grant and provides the training.
