A matching, reimbursement-based grant for Oklahoma small businesses to start or expand exporting through international or domestic trade shows (with at least 20% international attendees), Commerce-led foreign trade missions and export training. Awards are $8,800 for an international show and $5,600 for a domestic show, with up to three awards and $28,500 cumulative per company per funding period. Commerce is now accepting applications for STEP 13 activities taking place July 1, 2026 – September 29, 2027; each event has its own application deadline.
