Summary

Michigan manufacturers with 500 or fewer employees can apply on a rolling basis for 1:1 matching grants up to $50,000 for energy efficiency retooling projects, especially those recommended by energy audits.

About this grant

About $200,000 is expected to be available, the maximum individual grant is $50,000, and all grants require a minimum 1:1 match; costs are reimbursed only after a grant agreement is executed. The 2026 RFP accepts responses on a rolling basis until all funds are allocated.
