Grants of $5,000 to $150,000 for programs that benefit Arizona veterans and their families. Each application must address at least one social-determinant-of-health category: basic needs, employment, family and social support, finances and benefits, higher education, housing and homelessness, legal, mental health and substance abuse, physical health, or spirituality. For-profit and private-sector organizations may apply, as may nonprofits, local and state government, consortia, tribes and schools. The 2027 large-grant window runs from September 30 to November 13, 2026, through Euna Grants; $1,500,000 is available.
Grantees may be a 501(c) charitable organization, local government, consortia, Native American Tribe, private sector, school/school districts, for-profit, or state government
ADVS prefers grantees whose primary mission is providing benefits to Arizona's veterans and that fit ADVS objectives
Applications must address at least one social-determinant-of-health category
Applications that provide direct services to veterans are prioritized
Must register with Euna (eCivis), upload a State of Arizona W-9, and include a detailed project budget; incomplete applications are not considered
