Processes all in-store adoptions through AME and completes adoption reconciliation

Cohort 1: 500 or more in-store adoptions at a U.S. PetSmart in the last 12 months; Cohort 2: at least one in-store adoption in the last 12 months

Must complete the Adoption Accessibility Questionnaire and confirm support from the local PetSmart store team

Funds cannot be used for vehicle purchases, capital campaigns or veterinary care
