Local Costco warehouses make monetary donations to 501(c)(3) nonprofits and local causes focused on children, education, and health and human services. Organizations fill out Costco's Warehouse Donation Request form and submit it to the nearest Costco location. Requests are reviewed year-round on a rolling basis, one application per organization per fiscal year.
