Does this fit your business?

This FDA program funds veterinary diagnostic laboratories in the Vet-LIRN network for animal food safety, antimicrobial resistance monitoring, method validation, and testing equipment. If you are not a diagnostic lab or a research organization doing that specific work, do not bother applying — retail, finance, and real estate businesses score at the bottom of the fit range and have no path here. Small businesses and for-profits can apply on paper, but only if their actual work is veterinary lab.

Best for
Veterinary diagnostic laboratories already in or joining the Vet-LIRN network, State, county, city, tribal, and special district governments, Public, State-controlled, private, and nonprofit higher education institutions, Nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status
